Before applying for a software engineering role, paste the job description and your resume into the analyzer. The keyword analysis shows which required skills and technologies are missing — letting you add them naturally before submitting.
The analyzer scans resume text for key sections, checks for common ATS-friendly formatting requirements, and compares keyword coverage against the provided job description or a set of standard professional keywords.
Resume content is processed through the DevTool House service. Avoid submitting resumes with sensitive personal identifiers (such as national ID numbers or full addresses) through any online tool.
The ATS score is based on automated text and formatting analysis. Actual ATS systems vary widely in their parsing and scoring criteria. This tool helps with common best practices but cannot replicate the exact scoring of any specific ATS platform such as Workday, Taleo, or Greenhouse.
